Italy's president has already reacted sensitively to a German diplomatic slur after last weekend's election. Now, Giorgio Napolitano, is insisting Italy isn't a risk to the euro. The formation of a government he says can't be rushed. The election in heavily indebted Italy failed to provide a clear winner, and talks on the formation of a coalition have been difficult and fruitless so far. More than half of the votes went to parties that reject sending cuts and budget reforms.
