Portugal stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Technology, Utilities and Financials sectors led shares higher. At the close in Lisbon, the PSI 20 gained 1.76%. The best performers of the session on the PSI 20 were Banco BPI (LISBON:BBPI), which rose 5.99% or 0.0510 points to trade at 0.9020 at the close. Meanwhile, Galp Energia Nom (LISBON:GALP) added 3.99% or 0.3540 points to end at 9.2310 and EDP Renovaveis (LISBON:EDPRu) was up 2.52% or 0.1470 points to 5.9700 in late trade. The worst performers of the session were Impresa SGPS (LISBON:IMPA), which unchanged 0.43% or 0.00 points to trade at 0.69 at the close.
