Годовая доналоговая прибыль British Land упала на 85% г/г

Один из крупнейших девелоперов Великобритании British Land зафиксировал 85%-ное падение годовой прибыли. Так, в фискальном году с окончанием в марте прибыль до налогообложения упала с 1,33 млрд фунтов стерлингов до 195 млн фунтов ($251,6 млн). Тем временем, выручка почти не изменилась по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года и составила 589 млн фунтов. Компания также предложила выплату финального дивиденда за четвертый квартал в размере 7,3 пенса на акцию, таким образом, совокупный размер выплат за год составил 29,2 пенса на бумагу, что на 3% г/г выше результата прошлого года. British Land также объявила, что планирует повысить размер дивидендов за фискальный 2018 г. до 30,08 пенса на бумагу.
