Берлускони подал в суд на Европейский центральный банк

Бывший премьер-министр Италии Сильвио Берлускони подал иск в Европейский суд против Европейского центрального банка (ЕЦБ). Стоит отметить, что ни в каких документах не упоминаются причины этого иска, а представители банка отказались комментировать данную информацию, пишет Утро.ru.  Напомним, что в октябре ЕЦБ предписал семейной холдинговой компании Берлускони Fininvest продать 20% акций банка Mediolanum и теперь Fininvest владеет около 30% акций этого финансового института. Если требования ЕЦБ будут выполнены, то доля Fininvest уменьшится до 9,9%. Ранее сообщалось, что Берлускони дали срок за подкуп сенатора.

Берлускони подал в суд на ЕЦБ

Экс-премьер-министр Италии Сильвио Берлускони подал в Европейский суд иск против Европейского центрального банк.  В документах не упоминается о причинах иска, банк отказался комментировать эту информацию. В октябре ЕЦБ предписал семейной холдинговой компании Берлускони Fininvest ("Фининвест") продать 20% акций банка Mediolanum ("Медиоланум"). Preparations for the EMAs featured a party in a knicker shop, precautions against Pope-abuse and a VIP tequila bar built with Ikea shelves. We went behind the scenes to see how a pop ceremony really works. And to iron Ed Sheeran’s shirtFrom the outside, Milan’s Mediolanum Forum is a wretched-looking concrete sports stadium situated underneath an electricity pylon, by a motorway. Inside, it’s a different story. Four metres away from me, Jason Derulo – the ludicrous pop entity who once broke his actual bloody neck executing a daring dance move – is rehearsing his MTV Europe music awards (EMAs) performance of joyously basic banger Want to Want Me, which involves a dance routine. And he is doing this dance routine on a Swegway.Derulo on a Swegway is a tableau so powerful and laden with meaning that after his live performance I fully expect it to replace “Christ on a bike” as my go-to exclamation; a spectacle so quintessentially “late-October 2015” that MTV must be cock-a-hoop that it brought forward its EMAs to take place a month earlier than usual. The best performers of the session on the FTSE MIB were Ansaldo STS (MILAN:STS), which rose 0.53% or 0.05 points to trade at 9.51 at the close. Meanwhile, World Duty Free SpA (MILAN:WDF) added 0.20% or 0.020 points to end at 10.230 and Pirelli&C (MILAN:PECI) was down 0.20% or 0.03 points to 15.01 in late trade. The worst performers of the session were Mediolanum (MILAN:MED), which fell 4.70% or 0.355 points to trade at 7.195 at the close. Prysmian (MILAN:PRY) declined 4.60% or 0.96 points to end at 19.89 and Finmeccanica (MILAN:SIFI) was down 4.12% or 0.510 points to 11.880.
